Lease Tract definition

Lease Tract means each Lease tract described in Exhibit A-1 in which Seller owns Net Mancos Acres.
Lease Tract means and refer to a single Lease and the leasehold premises covered by such Lease, or, in the event multiple Leases cover a common leased premises, then such term shall refer to the multiple Leases and the common leased premises covered by such Leases.
Lease Tract shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Lease Tract

Lease Tract means, with respect to a Lease, each tract of land covered by such Lease as set forth in Exhibit A-1 as to the Target Formation(s) set forth in Exhibit A-1 for such tract.

Related to Lease Tract

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • mineral lease means the mineral lease referred to in clause 8(1)(a) hereof and includes any renewal thereof;

  • Lease means any agreement, whether written or oral, no matter how styled or structured, pursuant to which a Loan Party is entitled to the use or occupancy of any real property for any period of time.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Equipment Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.9.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.
