However, a Defects Notification Period shall not be extended by more than two years.
The Defects Notification Period will commence on the Date of Practical Completion and will continue for six (6) months (unless some other period is stated in the Special Conditions) or until the issue of the Final Completion Certificate.
A notice relating to any extension of the Defects Notification Period shall be given before the expiry of such period.
