Notice or Notification definition

Notice or Notification means the delivery or furnishing of information to an individual in a manner appropriate with respect to material required to be furnished or made available to an individual.
Notice or Notification. The communication of generation, Operation, Outage, or other conditions related to the Facility pursuant to Article 3 and as described by Appendix A.
