Notice to Buyer to Perform definition

Notice to Buyer to Perform means a document (C.A.R. Form NBP), which shall be in writing and signed by Seller and shall give Buyer at least 24 hours (or as otherwise specified in paragraph 18C(4)) to remove a contingency or perform as applicable.

  • The Notice to Buyer to Perform (C.A.R. Form NBP) shall (i) be in writing; (ii) be signed by Seller; and (iii) Buyer at least 24 (or £ _____) hours (or until the time specified in the applicable paragraph, whichever occurs last) to take the applicable action.

  • Buyer Contingencies: Seller, after first giving Buyer a Notice to Buyer to Perform (as specified below), may cancel this Agreement in writing and authorize return of Xxxxx’s deposit if, by the time specified in this Agreement, Xxxxx does not remove in writing the applicable contingency or cancel this Agreement.

  • Seller, after first giving Buyer a Notice to Buyer to Perform (as specified below), may cancel this Agreement in writing and authorize return of Buyer's deposit if, by the time specified in the Agreement, Buyer does not remove in writing the applicable contingency or cancel this Agreement.

  • The Notice to Buyer to Perform (C.A.R. Form NBP) shall: (i) be in writing; (ii) be signed by Seller; and (iii) give Buyer at least 24 (or [ ] ) hours (or until the time specified in the applicable paragraph, whichever occurs last) to take the applicable action.

Related to Notice to Buyer to Perform

  • Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;

  • Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • Seller Closing Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(d).

  • Customer Due Diligence means a process which involves establishing the identity of a client, the identity of the client’s beneficial owners in respect of legal persons and monitoring all transactions of the client against the client’s profile;

  • Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • NOTICE TO PURCHASERS The information provided is the representation of the Sellers and is based upon the actual knowledge of Sellers as of the date noted.   • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Service Transfer means any transfer of the Services (or any part of the Services), for whatever reason, from the Supplier or any Sub-Contractor to a Replacement Supplier or a Replacement Sub-Contractor;

  • Material Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Buyer Closing Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(d).

  • Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Due Diligence Request means the due diligence request letter from Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Purchaser, dated March 6, 2024.
