Notice to Certificateholders means any notice or contemplated notice to Certificateholders of any aspect of the Proposed Settlement or the Settlement Agreement, or any aspect of the process used to reach the Proposed Settlement or Settlement Agreement, whether or not the notice ever reached Certificateholders in each of the JP Morgan Trusts.
