NPT Business definition

NPT Business has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
NPT Business has the meaning set forth in the Master Separation and Sale Agreement.
NPT Business means the business of providing advanced test and diagnostic systems, and related product engineering services, and the assets used in connection with that business, that the Schlumberger Group has transferred and will transfer to NPTest.
