NR Network definition

NR Network means the network of which Network Rail is the owner and which is situated in England, Wales and Scotland;
NR Network means the railway infrastructure of which Network Rail is the facility owner;
NR Network means the railway infrastructure of which Network Rail is the facility owner; "Office of Rail and Road" has the meaning ascribed to it under section 15 of the Railways and Transport Safety Xxx 0000, and references to "XXX" shall be construed as references to the Office of Rail and Road;

  • Network Rail grants the Adjacent Facility Owner permission to connect, or, in the case of an existing connection, permission to retain the connection of, the Adjacent Facility to the NR Network.

  • The international section of Ashford International Station is the only part of Ashford International Station forming part of HS1 (domestic services operate from an adjacent station of the same name which forms part of the NR Network).
