Rail Network definition

Rail Network means the entire broad-gauge network of the Government Railways and shall include such railway network where the Railway Administration has a right to operate;
Rail Network means the rail infrastructure used to provide declared rail transport services;
Rail Network is defined in Part A of Schedule 1; “Released Land” is defined in Schedule 11; “Relevant Employees” is defined in clause 8.1;

Rail Network means the Rail Network as defined in the Access Agreement and the Auckland Network as defined in the Auckland Access Agreement.

Rail Network means the fixed rail network and supporting property, infrastructure and related services (including network security, network safety, network maintenance etc.) required for purposes of conducting Rail Operations.
