NSSN Term Sheet definition

NSSN Term Sheet means the term sheet attached Schedule 5 (NSSN Term Sheet). “Obligor” means each entity whose name is listed in Schedule 1 (The Obligors).
NSSN Term Sheet means the term sheet attached Schedule 5 (NSSN Term Sheet).

Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:
