Nursing Station definition

Nursing Station means a healthcare facility within which primary care and public health services are delivered on a 24 hours, 7 days a week basis. Dormitories are not considered part of a Nursing station.
Nursing Station means a location at which nursing staff perform charting and related activities throughout the day and at which a calling station exists.
Nursing Station means a healthcare facility within which primary care and public health services are delivered on a twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week basis. Dormitories are not considered part of a Nursing Station.

  • Nursing Care Plan means a plan of care developed by a nurse that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of a child and how those needs shall be met. The Nursing Care Plan includes which tasks shall be taught, assigned, or delegated to the qualified provider or family.

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits.
