Dietary supplement means a product, other than tobacco, that:
Supplement(s) means any document which may add, delete, amend or replace the terms and benefits of this Policy. Supplement(s) shall include but is not limited to endorsement, rider, annex, schedule or table attached and issued with this Policy.
Clinical Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).
Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order
MJDS means the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System adopted by the Commission and Canadian securities regulators.
conditional sale agreement means an agreement for the sale of goods under which the purchase price or part of it is payable by instalments, and the property in the goods is to remain in the seller (notwithstanding that the buyer is to be in possession of the goods) until such conditions as to the payment of instalments or otherwise as may be specified in the agreement are fulfilled;
Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.
Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Acquisition Agreements has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Class-Il Local Supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, meets the minimum local content as prescribed for” Class-II local supplier” but less than that prescribed for “Class-I local supplier” under this order.
Medical supplies means items for medical use that are suitable for use in a health care facility or in the home and that are disposable or semi-disposable and are non-reusable.
Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
Amendments are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
Non-Local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content less than or equal to 20%, as defined under above Order.
Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.
Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;
Local supplier means a supplier or service provider whose product or service offered for procurement meets the minimum local content of 50% as prescribed in DIPP Order No.P-45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 28th May, 2018 or by the competent Ministries/Departments in pursuance of this order.
Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
Supplemental Marketing Material means any Issuer Free Writing Communication other than any Issuer Free Writing Communication specified in Schedule B hereto. Supplemental Marketing Materials include, but are not limited to, the electronic Bloomberg roadshow slides and the accompanying audio recording. Unless otherwise specified, a reference to a “rule” is to the indicated rule under the Securities Act.
Initial Business Plan means the business plan to be provided by the Franchisee to the Secretary of State as described in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);
Supplemental Agreements means the First Supplemental Agreement, the Second Supplemental Agreement, the Third Supplemental Agreement, the Fourth Supplemental Agreement, the Fifth Supplemental Agreement and the Sixth Supplemental Agreement.
Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.
