NYISO definition

NYISO means the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor organization thereto.
NYISO shall have the meaning stated in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • The following shall constitute Confidential Information: (1) any non-public information that is treated as confidential by the disclosing Party and which the disclosing Party identifies as Confidential Information in writing at the time, or promptly after the time, of disclosure; or (2) information designated as Confidential Information by the NYISO Code of Conduct contained in Attachment F to the ISO OATT.

  • Any additions, modifications, or replacements made to a Party’s facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with this Agreement, NYISO requirements and Good Utility Practice.

  • Each Party may use Confidential Information solely to fulfill its obligations to the other Parties under this Agreement or its regulatory requirements, including the ISO OATT and NYISO Services Tariff.

  • The NYISO shall, in all cases, treat the information it receives in accordance with the requirements of Attachment F to the ISO OATT.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall absolve the Power Authority of its responsibility to pay the rates established in RS 204 and/or the NYISO OATT, as applicable, for service to its municipal customers, which amounts shall not be included in the Total Project Cost.
