Examples of OASIS Administrator in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that there shall be no damages as between each other or third parties for actions by the OASIS Administrator with respect to resales of unused transmission capacity.

  • None of Owner, the OASIS Administrator or Distribution Company (or its assignee) shall be liable to each other or any third party for any decisions the OASIS Administrator makes regarding the appropriate price for resales of unused transmission capacity or the level of any such resales the OASIS Administrator is able to make.

  • This also requires finding the best level to promote mixedness within the boundaries (also considering different geographical contexts), defining policy principles for how to distribute subsidies (also supporting the already existing MiFAS), and facilitating the transfer of information at lower levels.

  • TANC will make arrangements with the Balancing Authority of Northern California (BANC) that performs these services for TANC (e.g., COTP Operations Agreement, OASIS Administrator Letter Agreement).

  • At no time will the customer initiated discounted rate become effective without express written consent from TANC staff to the OASIS Administrator.

  • SMUD, as TANC’s OASIS Administrator, adheres to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standards and WECC Business Practices for all scheduling guidelines unless otherwise stated in these Business Practices.

  • SMUD would agree to act as the BANC OASIS Administrator under a services agreement, much as SMUD performs as the TANC OASIS Administrator function, and recover its costs associated with performing this service under an agreement with BANC.

  • Notices of transfers of a Transmission Function Employee to a position as a Marketing Function Employee, or any transfer of a Marketing Function Employee to a position as a Transmission Function Employee, are posted on the OASIS by the OASIS Administrator within seven (7) days of the transfer.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Portfolio Administrator means any entity and any successor or replacement thereto, as specified in the Final Terms for each Series of ETP Securities, appointed as Portfolio Administrator in accordance with the terms of the relevant Portfolio Administration Agreement.

  • CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.

  • Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Zoning Administrator means the administrator of these rules who is appointed by the natural resources commission.

  • Certificate Administrator Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • School administrator means a superintendent, principal or his/her designee assistant principal//technical center director or his/her designee and/or the District’s Equity Coordinator.
