OATT definition

OATT means the applicable Open Access Transmission Tariffs on file with FERC for PJM and NYISO.
OATT shall have the meaning specified in the preamble of this Agreement.

OATT means the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff (or successor tariff), as filed with FERC, as amended or supplemented from time to time, under which non- discriminatory open access transmission service on OG&E's transmission facilities is madeavailable.
OATT means, at any given time, the open access transmission tariff of MISO that is applicable to the Company, approved by the FERC and then in effect.
OATT means Transmission Provider's or Control Area Operator's then-effective Open Access Transmission Tariff, which has been accepted for filing by the FERC.
OATT means, in respect of a particular RTP, the open access transmission tariff of such RTP on file with the Commission or, if such RTP is not required to file such tariff with the Commission, the open access transmission tariff of such RTP posted on its OASIS.

OATT means a transmission tariff as it may be in effect from time to time that: (a) in the case of WPS’s Transmission Provider, has been filed with and accepted by FERC as complying with FERC’s then current open access transmission, comparability, and nondiscrimination requirements; and (b) in the case of MH, provides reciprocal open access transmission service on sufficiently comparable and nondiscriminatory terms so as to entitle MH to use the transmission tariff of Transmission Providers in the United States; and (c) in the case of a third party, has been filed with and accepted by FERC as complying with FERC's then current open access transmission, comparability, and nondiscrimination requirements, or provides reciprocal open access transmission service on sufficiently comparable and nondiscriminatory terms so as to entitle such entity to transmit electricity with entities whose transmission tariff has been filed with and accepted by FERC as a transmission tariff.
