OBCA definition

OBCA means the Business Corporations Act (Ontario);

  • The conditions set out in this Part 7 are conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released when, with the agreement of the Parties, the Articles of Amalgamation are filed under the OBCA to give effect to the Amalgamation.
