Obligations of Respondent a. If this Compromise Agreement is executed within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $8,000, as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the Adopting Order. If this Compromise Agreement is executed between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $16,000 as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the Adopting Order.
Obligations of Respondent a. If this Compromise Agreement is executed within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $8,000, as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the Adopting Order.

If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $32,000 as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice within thirty (30) calendar days after DOE issues the Adopting Order.

If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.
Obligations of Respondent. Respondent agrees to abide by the terms of the Notice of Noncompliance Determination, issued on January 28, 2016, captioned under case number 2016-SE-42016.
