Balance Due Date means the date shown below in Section 2.4(6) as the date when the Mortgage matures. On this date the Mortgage must be repaid or renewed.
Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.
Overdue Scheduled Payment means any Scheduled Payment which is not in fact received by the Subordination Agent within five days after the Scheduled Payment Date relating thereto.
Due Date The day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace.
Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.
Scheduled Payment The scheduled monthly payment on a Mortgage Loan due on any Due Date allocable to principal and/or interest on such Mortgage Loan which, unless otherwise specified herein, shall give effect to any related Debt Service Reduction and any Deficient Valuation that affects the amount of the monthly payment due on such Mortgage Loan.
Scheduled Payments has the meaning specified in the Note Policy.
Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.
Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding Energization or the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
Desired Due Date means the desired service activation date as requested by CLEC on a service order.
Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest-only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note.
Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.
Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.
Unscheduled Payments With respect to any Distribution Date, all payments and collections received with respect to the Whole Loan or upon foreclosure or liquidation of the Property (net of related foreclosure expenses and Liquidation Expenses) during the related Collection Period including, but not limited to, prepayments due to acceleration of the Whole Loan, Net Liquidation Proceeds, Net Foreclosure Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, voluntary prepayments and other payments and collections on the Trust Loan or Whole Loan, as applicable, not scheduled to be received, other than Monthly Payments or any Balloon Payment.
Subsequent Cutoff Date means the date specified in the related Additional Sale Agreement agreed to by the Seller and the Purchaser for the purposes of determining the Principal Balance and accrued interest to be capitalized, as applicable, for purposes of completing each related Loan Transmittal Summary Form.
Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.
Bid Due Date means Bid Submission end date and time given in the E-tender
Monthly Payment Date means the Payment Date (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).
Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.
Guarantor Payment Date means (a) prior to the delivery of a Guarantor Default Notice, the date falling on the 10th day of February, May, August and November of each year or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day, provided that the fist Guarantor Payment Date will be 10 February 2014; and (b) following the delivery of a Guarantor Default Notice, any day on which any payment is required to be made by the Representative of the Covered Bondholders in accordance with the Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments, the relevant Final Terms and the Intercreditor Agreement.
Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.
Delinquent debt means (1) any debt owed to FCIC that has not been paid by the termination date specified in the applicable contract of insurance, or other due date for payment contained in any other agreement, or notification of indebtedness, and (2) any overdue amount owed to FCIC by a debtor which is the subject of an installment payment agreement which the debtor has failed to satisfy under the terms of such agreement.
Price Differential Payment Date means, with respect to a Purchased Mortgage Loan, the 5th day of the month following the related Purchase Date and each succeeding 5th day of the month thereafter; provided, that, with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan, the final Price Differential Payment Date shall be the related Repurchase Date; and provided, further, that if any such day is not a Business Day, the Price Differential Payment Date shall be the next succeeding Business Day.
Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).
