This Agreement shall terminate on the date on which the provision of all Services and Occupancy Rights have terminated pursuant to Section 2.
Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, this Agreement shall not constitute an agreement to assign any Contract, Ground Lease, Personal Property Lease or Signage Occupancy Rights, or any claim or right or any benefit arising thereunder or resulting therefrom, if an attempted assignment thereof, without the consent of a third party thereto, would constitute a breach thereof or in any way adversely affect the rights of Buyer thereunder.
If Owner is unable to directly assign to SPC Occupancy Rights, then Owner shall grant, to the extent it is able, access rights to SPC through license, IRU, or otherwise.
