Ocular Field definition

Ocular Field means the treatment, control, mitigation, prevention or cure of any disease of the eye or its adnexa.
Ocular Field means any use for the prevention, treatment or palliation of any or all ocular indications, disease or conditions, including wet age-related macular degeneration, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, and atopic keratoconjunctivitis, by local administration to the eye including intravitreal, retrobulbar, periocular, topical, subconjunctival routes of administration.
Ocular Field means the prevention or treatment of eye diseases and eye disorders in a human through the administration of Licensed Product to the eye (including, but not limited to, the prevention or treatment of age-related macular degeneration, central retinal vein occlusion, diabetic macular edema, and/or myopic choroidal neovascularization in a human). Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, the “Field” shall include the prevention or treatment of any cancer in a human, including but not limited to breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, or prostate cancer in a human through the administration of Licensed Product.

  • In the event that the CAT Agreement is terminated by CAT in consequence of a default by iCo not related to or due to IMPH, then IMPH shall be entitled to approach CAT and request to enter into a license agreement with CAT and iCo shall use its reasonable best efforts, to the extent feasible, to provide that the CAT Agreement is terminated solely in connection with the Ocular Field.

  • In addition, Editas shall have the right, without seeking the consent of the ASC, to independently negotiate a license to (A) Know-How that relates to the Genome Editing Technology with applicability outside the Ocular Field or with applicability across the Ocular Field and other Fields and (B) Patents that claim or cover any of the Know-How described in clause (A).

  • Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, any Party may disclose that the product for which a license has been granted under this Agreement is Licensed Product and that this Agreement conveys no license or other rights with respect to the Ocular Field.
