ODB RJ means the judicial restructuring of Odebrecht S.A. – Em Recuperação Judicial and certain of its Subsidiaries and Affiliates (each, an “ODB RJ Party”).
Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.6250%.
Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the July 2029 Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the April 2027 Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.8600%.
Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).
Class A-2 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.
Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A‑4 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A‑4 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A‑4 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A‑4 Noteholders on such Payment Date.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-S Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.4150%.
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Class A-3 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A‑3 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A‑3 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A‑3 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A‑3 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A‑3 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A‑3 Noteholders on such Payment Date.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means February 15, 2024.
Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).
Class A-AB Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.313%.
Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-B Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).
Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.
Class C Final Distribution Date means the October 15, 2021 Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.0008%.
Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.
Class A-4 Rate means [ ]% per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.
Class H Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.
