Off-Site Parking definition

Off-Site Parking or “Off-Site Parking Spaces” means the parking spaces provided for the Project pursuant to this Agreement and Section 4.203I of the Gilbert Land Development Code.
Off-Site Parking means a parking area located on a separate lot than the principal use it serves.

  • The Burdened Property Owner shall continue to provide the Off-Site Parking Spaces for the benefit of the Benefited Property, until such time as the Benefited Property Owner replaces the Off-Site Parking Spaces, in the manner provided in Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.

  • Section 16-21 (Off-Site Parking) 13-141 (Location of accessory off-street parking spaces) shall not apply.

  • Off-Site Parking Separate from, or in conjunction with Shared Parking provisions, an applicant may use off-site parking to satisfy their parking requirements in accordance with the following conditions: 1) Off-site parking shall be within [five hundred (500)] feet of the property for which it is being requested.

  • Tenant and Tenant’s employees shall comply with all parking rules and regulations set forth in the attached Exhibit “G”, and all modifications and additions thereto from time to time established by Landlord, the owners of the Parking Structure, the Surface Parking Lots and the Off-Site Parking Areas, the operator of the Parking Structure, the Surface Parking Lots and the Off-Site Parking Areas, or the REA Managing Agent (the “Parking Rules and Regulations”).

  • If at any point the off-site parking arrangement expires or deviates in any material way from the approved Off-Site Parking Plan, the Redeveloper shall provide notice to the Zoning Officer.

Related to Off-Site Parking

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.
