Cutoff Time. We must receive a stop payment order in time to give it a reasonable opportunity to act on it and before its stop-payment cutoff time. The law provides additional limitations on our obligation to stop payment. (For example, you cannot stop payment on an item already paid.)

Cutoff Time. If we do not receive your payment order or communication canceling or amending your payment order before our cutoff time on a funds transfer day for that type of order or communication, the order or communication will be deemed to be received at the opening of our next funds transfer business day.

It may take up to three business days for the request to be approved and made available to you.
