Cutoff Time Sample Clauses

Cutoff Time. We must receive a stop payment order in time to give it a reasonable opportunity to act on it and before its stop-payment cutoff time. The law provides additional limitations on our obligation to stop payment. (For example, you cannot stop payment on an item already paid.)
Cutoff Time. Payment Instructions entered before 11:00 PM Mountain Time (for Standard Transfers) and 5:00 PM Mountain Time (for Express Pay Transfers) on a Business Day will begin processing on that Business Day and Payment Instructions that are entered after these cutoff times will begin processing on the next Business Day. Whether a transfer designated as an Express Pay Transfer occurs as a Express Pay Transfer is also dependent upon the receiving bank’s processes and the timely acceptance by the Receiver.
Cutoff Time. If we do not receive your payment order or communication canceling a payment order before our cutoff time on a funds transfer day for that type of order or communication, the order or communication will be deemed to be received at the opening of our next funds transfer business day.

Cutoff Time. The Cutoff Time referenced in this Agreement reflects the times displayed on Bank of China's internal system clocks and may not necessarily be synchronized with the internal clock displayed on your computer. For this reason, we suggest that you transmit any instructions to Bank of China sufficiently in advance of such Cutoff Times to minimize your risk of missing the cutoff.

Cutoff Time. Online requests to transfer funds to your Account via ACH (i.e., both deposits and withdrawals) must be received by us by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a Business Day to be initiated on that Business Day. Online transfer requests received by us after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on a day that is not a Business Day generally will be initiated on the next Business Day.
Cutoff Time. An Internal Transfer request entered before 7:00 PM Mountain Time on a Business Day will begin processing that Business Day and an Internal Transfer request received after this cutoff time will begin processing on the next Business Day.
Cutoff Time. Outgoing wire transfers must be requested by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, for the wire to be sent the same day. Requests received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. ACH Payments and ACH Collection requests must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, for the ACH payment or ACH collection to settle the next business day.
Cutoff Time. A payment order request is considered executed when we execute it. We have cut-off times for processing payment orders. Payment orders for same day processing must be received on our business day by 5:00P.M. Pacific Time, except for payroll processing services that must be received by 12 Noon PT, three (3) days prior to the effective entry date. Any payment order, or notice attempting to cancel or amend a payment order, which is received after our cut-off time for processing, or on a day that is not our business day, may be treated as if received on our next business day.
