County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. (IC 331.394(1)a)
Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.
Place of Residence means the place where an Employee ordinarily resides as a permanent base. An Employer may request an Employee to state his/her place of residence at the time of audition or engagement provided that where the Employee’s place of residence is situated within a radius of 110 kilometres of a capital city then the Employee’s place of residence will be deemed to be that capital city.
Permanent residence means a place where the person abides, lodges, or resides for 5 or more consecutive days.
Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Common ownership means the same or substantially similar persons or entities that maintain a
Shelter-in-place means staff and children staying at the fa- cility due to an external threat such as a storm, chemical or gas leak or explosion, or other event that prohibits the occupants from safely leaving the facility.
Period of Restriction means the period during which the transfer of Shares of Restricted Stock are subject to restrictions and therefore, the Shares are subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture. Such restrictions may be based on the passage of time, the achievement of target levels of performance, or the occurrence of other events as determined by the Administrator.
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Restriction Period means any period designated by the Committee during which (i) the Common Stock subject to a Restricted Stock Award may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise encumbered or disposed of, except as provided in this Plan or the Agreement relating to such award, or (ii) the conditions to vesting applicable to a Restricted Stock Unit Award shall remain in effect.
Permanent Secretary means the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry responsible for Health;
Residence means a person's principal place of abode within Utah.
Private residence means a separate dwelling, or a separate apartment in a multiple-apartment dwelling, that is occupied by members of a single-family unit.
Mutual housing corporation means a corporation not-for-profit,
Residential waste means any refuse generated on the premises as a result of residential activities. The term includes landscape waste grown on the premises or deposited thereon by the elements, but excludes garbage, tires, trade wastes and any locally recyclable goods or plastics.
