Offers definition

Offers means the Share Offer and the Option Offer;
Offers means, collectively, the Revised Canadian Oil Sand Offer, the CanSup Offer and the Revised Petro-Canada Offer.
Offers means energy storage project proposals submitted by Bidders to this CHGE RFP.

Examples of Offers in a sentence

  • If Google and such Rightsholder(s) agree to a revenue split, then beginning within sixty (60) days after the date of such agreement, any calculations in Section 4.5(b) (Discounting, Special Offers and Subsidies) and any payments in Section 4.6 (Payment Terms) shall be based on such agreed revenue split rather than the Standard Revenue Splits.

  • If Google elects to provide such discounts, the Standard Revenue Split for Purchases paid to the Registry for the benefit of the Rightsholders will be based on the List Prices, unless otherwise set forth in this Section 4.5(b) (Discounting, Special Offers and Subsidies) or unless otherwise agreed by Google and the Registry.

  • Offers are only finally binding on AUROCON when a written order confirmation from AUROCON is available.


More Definitions of Offers

Offers has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1;
Offers means offers in the form of promotional codes used on Your Website.
