Project Proposals. Upon receipt of a REQUEST FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES, the Consultant will respond within ten (10) working days with a written detailed PROJECT PROPOSAL. Each Project Proposal shall include WORK PLAN, a BUDGET and an IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE.

Project Proposals. The Company either alone or with a Co‑Proponent shall subject to the EP Act and the provisions of this Agreement submit to the Minister on or before 30 June 2003 to the fullest extent reasonably practicable its detailed proposals (including plans where practicable and specifications where reasonably required by the Minister and any other details normally required by the local government in which area any of the works are to be situated) for a project or projects of the type of Project 1, Project 2 or Project 3 or a combination thereof as described in the definition of Project in Clause 1. Thereafter during the currency of this Agreement the Company either alone or with a Co‑Proponent may subject as aforesaid make further such detailed proposals for new projects of the type of Project 1, Project 2 or Project 3 or a combination thereof as aforesaid. The detailed proposals made pursuant to this Clause in respect of a project are in this Agreement called a “Project proposal”.
Project Proposals. From time to time, Centogene shall have the right to propose Projects to meet the goal of identifying all patients suffering from Fabry, Gaucher and Hunter Syndrome and other similar rare diseases agreed by the Parties or using diagnostics to improve the treatment of these patients. In such case, Centogene shall submit to Shire, through the JSC, a proposal, which shall contain, at a minimum, information supporting the rationale for such Project, the scientific merit, the alignment with Shire’s strategic goal of improving the use of diagnostics modalities to identify patients with lysosomal storage diseases or other rare diseases, the proposed tasks and responsibilities of the Parties, other proposed Third Parties to be involved, as well as an estimate of the timeframe for and cost of such Project.
Project Proposals. For each Project, Service Provider shall (i) gather and document the business requirements of DIR or the applicable DIR Customer, and (ii) develop and provide detailed specifications (including, as reasonably necessary for the type of deliverable, designs, performance parameters, interface requirements, networking requirements, capacity, features, functions, content), acceptance testing procedures and any additional Acceptance Criteria, designed to ensure that the Project will conform to the business requirements and will operate in accordance with its intended use in the applicable environment(s). Project Proposals. All Project Proposals shall state which measures identified in subsection 4.1 are required and shall identify the design life of all structures to be built. Any bridges, culverts, or similar structures shall be designed to withstand a minimum 100 year flood event. If a Project Proposal includes actions by other cooperating entities, the Licensee’s contribution and expected proportional benefits (including credit for stream miles) shall be specifically identified. Any monitoring required of the Licensee shall be limited to that necessary for determining the success of a Restoration Project and for ensuring that success criteria are maintained over the license term. The information acquired through such monitoring shall be used by the Licensee to determine the efficacy of each Restoration Project. In addition, all Project Proposals shall include:

The information and documentation described in (ii) above constitutes a Deliverable and Service Provider shall submit the information and related documentation to TxDOT for Acceptance prior to commencing work on any Project. To the extent required under this Agreement or the Service Management Manual, Service Provider shall prepare a Project proposal in accordance with Section 11.5(a) prior to beginning a Project. Such Project proposal shall be set forth in the form of Exhibit 24. The efforts expended by Service Provider in preparing proposals or plans or reporting on the status of such Projects shall not be subject to additional charge and shall be included in the Monthly Charge.
