Office Exclusive Listing definition

Office Exclusive Listing means a Listing of any type where the owner chooses to defer filing a Listing with ARMLS, either for a specified delay period or for the term of the entire Listing. For clarity, an Office Exclusive Listing may or may not be entered into the Coming Soon Status depending on the preference of the owner of the Premises. Note: Office Exclusive Listings must adhere with section 8.0, Clear Cooperation.
Office Exclusive Listing means a Listing of any type where the owner chooses to defer filing a Listing with SVVAR MLS, either for a specified delay period or for the term of the entire Listing. In order for an Office Exclusive Listing to be recognized, an Exclusion for Multiple Listing Service form or another certification form signed by the seller must be filed with SVVAR.

Examples of Office Exclusive Listing in a sentence

  • An Office Exclusive Listing shall be provided to the Listing Participant’s Association or to ARMLS upon written request, but not FWA for dissemination to other Subscribers.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Fund Share, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Fund Share ceases (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on such Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on (i) where the Exchange is located in the United States, any of the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Global Market or Global Select Market (or their respective successors) or (ii) an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union).

  • Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) is As Defined in the Act.

  • Classroom exclusion means the exclusion of a student from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements of WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335. Classroom exclusion does not include action that results in missed instruction for a brief duration when:

  • Objection/Exclusion Deadline means the date by which a written objection to this Settlement Agreement or a request for exclusion submitted by a Person within the Settlement Class must be made, which shall be designated as a date no later than forty-five (45) days after the Notice Date and no sooner than fourteen (14) days after papers supporting the Fee Award are filed with the Court and posted to the settlement website listed in Paragraph 4.1(d), or such other date as ordered by the Court.

  • Multiple Listing Service A means for collecting and disseminating information about real property that is or has been for sale, including a means for real estate brokers to make offers of cooperation and compensation to each other. Multiple Listing Services may also include, without limitation, the provision of data processing, technical support, consulting, and other information technology services to real estate brokers and appraisers in connection with the sale and appraisal of real property.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC) means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.
