Office Exclusive Listing definition

Office Exclusive Listing means a Listing of any type where the owner chooses to defer filing a Listing with ARMLS, either for a specified delay period or for the term of the entire Listing. For clarity, an Office Exclusive Listing may or may not be entered into the Coming Soon Status depending on the preference of the owner of the Premises. Note: Office Exclusive Listings must adhere with section 8.0, Clear Cooperation.

In order for an Office Exclusive Listing to be recognized, an Exclusion for Multiple Listing Service form or another certification form signed by the seller must be filed with SVVAR.

Examples of Office Exclusive Listing in a sentence

  • An Office Exclusive Listing shall be provided to the Listing Participant’s Association or to ARMLS upon written request, but not FWA for dissemination to other Subscribers.

  • If an Office Exclusive Listing is displayed or advertised to the general public or to agents outside the listing firm, to avoid penalty, it must be submitted to the MLS for cooperation within 1 business day.

  • The WARDEX Office Exclusive Listing form must be signed by the seller and listing Broker and emailed or faxed to the WARDEX office.

  • Office Exclusive Listing means you are excluding any other real estate firm from showing or selling your home.

  • Office Exclusive ListingsAn Office Exclusive Listing is a listing where an Exclusive Agency or Exclusive Right to Sell listing agreement has been signed and the seller opts out of dissemination of the listing through the MLS for the duration of the listing agreement period.

  • Classroom exclusion means the exclusion of a student from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements of WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335. Classroom exclusion does not include action that results in missed instruction for a brief duration when:

  • Go-Live Date means the date on which the City, acting reasonably, confirms in writing that the Services satisfy the functional, technical and security requirements as set out in this Agreement;
