Office of judges definition

Office of judges means the “Workers’ Compensation Board of Review”; and
Office of judges means the workers’ compensation office of administrative law judges pursuant to W. Va. Code §23-5-1 et seq.

The Appellate Decision-maker may be a school district employee, or a third party designated by the school district.
