Office of the Paying Agent definition

Office of the Paying Agent means the principal office of the Paying Agent at which at any time its corporate trust business shall be administered, which office at the date hereof is located at Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, or such other address as the Paying Agent may designate from time to time by notice to the Trustee, the Issuer and the Company.
