If any Agent determines to change its specified office it shall give to the Issuer, the Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent written notice of that fact giving the address of the new specified office which shall be in the same city and stating the date on which the change is to take effect, which shall not be less than forty-five (45) days after the notice.
