Officer of a Corporation definition

Officer of a Corporation means a member of a Board of Directors of a for-profit or non-profit corporation.
Officer of a Corporation means an officer of a corporation or other business entity of the qualifying employer, as defined in bylaw or in the case of an LLC or LLP, a manager by agreement or such other individual approved by the Board.
