Offline Use definition

Offline Use means the use by End User as on premise business model.
Offline Use is use without internet access/access to our servers. We hereby grant you the right to make Offline Use of Fiddler Everywhere subject to the following additional terms and conditions: o • To enable Offline Use you must purchase a license plan that includes the feature. o • Your Offline Use license file is effective as of the effective date of the applicable subscription and your Offline Use license file terminates/expires as of the date the applicable subscription terminates/expires. If you renew the applicable subscription and you wish to continue Offline Use, you must generate new Offline Use license file(s) that include(s) the new subscription expiration date.
Offline Use means Galileo’s use of the Licensed Software (excluding the International Version) for the purpose of serving Offline Travel Agents.

Related to Offline Use
