Offset Project Operator definition

Offset Project Operator means the entity(ies) with legal authority to implement the offset project.
Offset Project Operator means the party(ies) with legal author- ity to implement the offset project. Only a primary account represen- tative or alternate account representative may sign listing documents, an offset project data report, a request for issuance, or attestations on behalf of the offset project operator.
