Primary Account Representative means an indivdual authorized by a registered entity through the registration process outlined in section 95832 to make submissions to the Executive Officer and the tracking system in all matters pertaining to this article that legally bind the authorizing entity.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
