Offshore Services Warranty Period means the date of commencement of Services until the date Contractor commences activity to demobilise Contractor’s Equipment or Personnel, whichever is the earliest, from the Worksite upon completion of Services;

  • Replacements, repairs and corrective work shall not extend the warranty but shall be warranted for the Offshore Services Warranty Period remaining at the time of the replacement, repair or corrective work.
