The Worksite Sample Clauses
The Worksite clause defines the physical location or locations where contracted work will be performed. It typically specifies the address or boundaries of the site, outlines any access requirements, and may detail responsibilities for site security, safety, or maintenance. By clearly identifying the worksite, this clause helps prevent disputes over where work should occur and ensures all parties understand their obligations regarding the use and care of the premises.
