Offshore facility ’ means any facility of any kind located in, on, or under any of the navigable waters of the United States, and any facility of any kind which is subject to the ju- risdiction of the United States and is located in, on, or under any other waters, other than a vessel or a public vessel;
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.
Transmission System means the facilities controlled or operated by the Transmission Provider within the PJM Region that are used to provide transmission service under Tariff, Part II and Part III.
Wastewater treatment system means any equipment, plants,

Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
air transport means the carriage by aircraft of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail, separately or in combination, held out to the public for remuneration or hire, including scheduled and non-scheduled air services;
General purpose radiographic x-ray system means any radiographic x-ray system which, by design, is not limited to radiographic examination of specific anatomical regions.
Transmission System Operator means a natural or legal person responsible for operating, ensuring the maintenance of and, if necessary, developing the transmission system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems, and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the transmission of electricity;

CMRS means Commercial Mobile Radio Services as defined in 47 C.F.R. Part 20.
Line-voltage regulation means the difference between the no-load and the load line potentials expressed as a percent of the load line potential. It is calculated using the following equation:
