Offsite Parking Garage means the off-site multi-level parking garage known as the Sherman Parking Garage located at 821 Davis Street, Evanston, Illinois.

Offsite Parking Garage means an approximate 315 space aboveground parking garage on an adjacent parcel of land shown on Exhibit A attached hereto owned by the City which will be used partially by the Property and partially as a public parking garage. The Offsite Parking Garage will be managed by Xxxxxxx under the Offsite Parking Garage Management Agreement.

Examples of Offsite Parking Garage in a sentence

  • Use of the Offsite Parking Garage shall be subject to such reasonable terms, conditions, and regulations as are, from time to time, promulgated by the owner or operator of the Offsite Parking Garage.

  • Tenant shall have a non-exclusive right to use twenty-one (21) unreserved parking spaces in the Offsite Parking Garage.

  • Tenant must complete the Offsite Parking Agreement Form available from the Building manager at the management office, and return same to the Offsite Parking Garage office along with $25 deposit per transponder.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, City shall not impose, or agree to be imposed, any targeted or special taxes, fees or assessments on (a) the Offsite Parking Garage during any Ballpark Events, or (b) the Ballpark, the Ballpark Dedicated Parking, the Team or Ballpark Events, including, without limitation, special district taxes, fees or assessments.

  • The construction of the Offsite Parking Garage and the Gables Garage by Xxxxxxx and/or Gables will be determined following the completion of the design phase thereof.

  • It is anticipated that the Offsite Parking Garage and the Gables Garage will be adjacent to one another and share one or more common elements (e.g., entrance/exit ramps).

  • Under the Gables Agreement, the City may elect to participate in the design of the Offsite Parking Garage, which the City has elected to do.

  • To the extent that Xxxxxxx is to perform work on or for the benefit of any portion of the Property and the Offsite Parking Garage to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall coordinate that work with the City so as to not interfere with or cause delay in any work of the City, and Xxxxxxx shall otherwise fully cooperate with the City in the performance of any such work.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;
