Ohio river drainage basin definition

Ohio river drainage basin means all the streams, rivers, lakes, and other bodies of water within the drainage basin of the Ohio river.
Ohio river drainage basin means the lands and waters located within the state of Ohio that constitute part of the watershed of the Ohio river.
