Old Parent definition

Old Parent means Libbey Inc., a Delaware corporation, debtor-in-possession in these Chapter 11 Cases.
Old Parent means MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or any of its successors.
Old Parent shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition hereunder of “Acquiring Person.”
