Mausoleum means a building or other aboveground structure that is affixed to land and is a permanent repository for human remains.
Petroleum means the crude oil removed from the earth and the oils derived from tar sands, shale, and coal.
Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.
Glass means Internal Glass, External Glass and Specified Glass.
Chemical agent shall mean any compound which, when suitably disseminated, produces incapacitating, damaging or lethal effects on people, animals, plants or material property.
Chemicals means substances applied to forest lands or timber including pesticides, fertilizers, and other forest chemicals.

Edge of any water means the outer edge of the water's bankfull width or, where applicable, the outer edge of the associated channel migration zone.
Halogen means one of the chemical elements chlorine, bromine or iodine.
Ash means all species of the genus Fraxinus.
Wax means a material or synthetic thermoplastic substance generally of high molecular weight hydrocarbons or high molecular weight esters of fatty acids or alcohols, except glycerol and high polymers (plastics). “Wax” includes, but is not limited to, substances derived from the secretions of plants and animals such as carnuba wax and beeswax, substances of a mineral origin such as ozocerite and paraffin, and synthetic polymers such as polyethylene.
Radionuclide means a radioactive element or a radioactive isotope.
JetBrains or “We” means JetBrains s.r.o., having its principal place of business at Xx Xxxxxxxxx XX 0000/00, Xxxxxx, 00000, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X, Xxxx 00000, ID. No.: 265 02 275.
Cigarette means any product that contains nicotine, is intended to be burned or heated under ordinary conditions of use, and consists of or contains (i) any roll of tobacco wrapped in paper or in any substance not containing tobacco; or (ii) tobacco, in any form, that is functional in the product, which, because of its appearance, the type of tobacco used in the filler, or its packaging and labeling, is likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as a cigarette; or (iii) any roll of tobacco wrapped in any substance containing tobacco which, because of its appearance, the type of tobacco used in the filler, or its packaging and labeling, is likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as a cigarette described in clause (i) of this definition. The term "cigarette" includes "roll-your-own" (i.e., any tobacco which, because of its appearance, type, packaging, or labeling is suitable for use and likely to be offered to, or purchased by, consumers as tobacco for making cigarettes). For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".
Brachytherapy source means a radioactive source or a manufacturer-assembled source train or a combination of these sources that is designed to deliver a therapeutic dose within a distance of a few centimeters.
Kerosene means all grades of kerosene, including, but not limited to, the 2 grades of kerosene, No. 1-K and No. 2-K, commonly known as K-1 kerosene and K-2 kerosene respectively, described in American society for testing and materials specifications D-3699, in effect on January 1, 1999, and kerosene-type jet fuel described in American society for testing and materials specification D-1655 and military specifications MIL-T-5624r and MIL-T-83133d (grades jp-5 and jp-8), and any successor internal revenue service rules or regulations, as the specification for kerosene and kerosene-type jet fuel. Kerosene does not include an excluded liquid.
Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.

Topsoil means a varying depth (up to 300 mm) of the soil profile irrespective of the fertility, appearance, structure, agricultural potential, fertility and composition of the soil;
