  • All work undertaken by the Participant pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, including, but not limited to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, New Mexico Water Quality Control Commission, and New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board Petroleum Storage Tank regulations.
