  • Notwithstanding anything in the OLLC Agreement to the contrary, pursuant to the OLLC LP Contribution (i) Field Services hereby ceases to be a member of OLLC and (ii) OLLC hereby continues without dissolution with the Partnership as the sole member of OLLC.
