O&M Guarantor definition

O&M Guarantor means the parent entity of the Operator acting as guarantor of the obligations of the Operator and otherwise as set forth under the O&M Guarantee.
O&M Guarantor means CIMIC Group Limited ABN 57 004 482 982 and any person who in addition, or substitution, guarantees the obligations of an O&M Contractor under an O&M Contract.
O&M Guarantor means VINCI Concessions, S.A.S.
