Omnibus Indirect Client Position Account definition

Omnibus Indirect Client Position Account means the Position Account opened by EuroCCP for registration of Trade Legs for the account of indirect clients of that Clearing Participant;

  • If the Liquidation Amount of an Omnibus Client Position Account or an Omnibus Indirect Client Position Account is a positive amount, EuroCCP shall pay it to those clients when they are known to EuroCCP or, if they are not, to the Clearing Participant for the account of those clients, provided the relevant security arrangements are in place.

Net Omnibus (Indirect) Client AccountA Net Omnibus (Indirect) Client Position Account is an Account opened by EuroCCP in the name of the Clearing Participant, for registration of Trade Legs held for the joint account of (Indirect) Clients of the Clearing Participant, where Trade Legs are margined on a net basis.

  • Collateral posted to EuroCCP in respect of the Net Omnibus (Indirect) Client Account serves as security for all Trade Legs registered in the Net Omnibus (Indirect) Client Position Account, and EuroCCP will not attribute any portion of the Collateral to a specific (Indirect) Client.

  • Article 11.4.4: An Omnibus Indirect Client Position Account has been added and changes made due to changes in the Regulation Portability.

  • The Margin for the Trade Legs within a Net Omnibus (Indirect) Client Position Account is calculated over all Trade Legs held in the Account, disregarding that those are held by the Clearing Participant for more than one (Indirect) Client.
