Onboarding Date. Means the Vendor must allow new Members to access to the Agreement within seven (7) days of notice by MMCAP Infuse and/or the completion of the required paperwork on Attachment C.

Onboarding Date. Means the Vendor must allow new Members to access the base Agreement.
