Special Pricing. Any commitment from Cisco to provide special pricing will only occur through the provision of an approved Deal ID. Unless you are notified in writing, including by email, of the Deal ID in relation to special pricing, then any other notification of pricing is indicative only, and is not binding upon Cisco.
Special Pricing. Notwithstanding the AOS Price, special pricing on any one of the Products may be extended to the Distributor, in AOS sole discretion, in situations where special pricing is necessary for the Distributor to obtain sale of the Products to a Customer. If AOS elects to extend such special pricing, it will issue a confidential meet comp quote number documenting the special price quoted. Upon receipt of the meet comp quote number, the Distributor may ship the Products to the Customer from stock and debit AOS for the difference between their invoiced amount, less any prior credits granted by AOS, and the new special pricing. The meet comp quote number shall be included on all such debits.
Special Pricing. Cisco may provide Reseller's Authorized Source of choice with special pricing for such Authorized Source to provide to Reseller. Such special pricing will be limited to Resales made to one or more specific End Users. Any such agreement between Cisco and Reseller's Authorized Source must be in writing, including email notification from Cisco, and must specify a fixed time period during which such special pricing shall be provided. If no time limit is specified in the written agreement, the time period shall be ninety (90) days from the effective date of the written agreement regarding special pricing. If Cisco offers special pricing and Reseller submits a purchase order to the Reseller's Authorized Source based on such special pricing, Reseller accepts that Cisco may condition such special pricing on Reseller's agreement to Resell the Products to specific End Users and at a price that shall not exceed particular prices determined by Cisco. No such condition will prohibit Reseller from selling at any price below the prices established by Cisco.
Special Pricing. Elo may provide special pricing to an Authorized Source which such Authorized Source may in turn provide to Participant. Any agreement between Elo and Participant’s Authorized Source must be in writing, including email notification from Elo, and must specify a fixed time period during which such special pricing shall be provided. If no time limit is specified in the written agreement, the time period shall be ninety (90) days from the effective date of the written agreement regarding special pricing. To the extent such special pricing is extended to Participant by the Authorized Source, the special pricing will be limited to Resales of Product solely for the particular opportunity and in accordance with Participant’s Go to Market Strategy unless agreed to otherwise in writing by Xxx. Participant shall not combine special pricing with any other discount, promotion or negotiated pricing provided by Xxx. Nothing herein shall prohibit Participant from combining special pricing with additional discounts not funded by Elo.
Special Pricing. In the event Vendor offers special Product pricing, discounts, rebates or incentives (“special pricing”) for Product sales to a specific Ingram customer or group of customers, all Products subject to the special pricing shall be assigned a separate sku number and pricing. Additional sku numbers shall be subject to the limits and additional fees stated in Schedule A. Any such special pricing shall be deemed to be a form of marketing incentive to persuade the customer to purchase the Product. Ingram shall not be obligated to recover any such special pricing in the event that the customer returns the Product.
Special Pricing. Ruckus may approve in writing discounts, credits and/or rebates (which may be processed through a Ruckus authorized distributor) which are in addition to standard discounts, credits and/or rebates offered by Ruckus (“Special Pricing”) and offer such Special Pricing (through a Ruckus authorized distributor) to Partner with respect to specific opportunities. Partner agrees that Ruckus’ offer of any such Special Pricing is expressly conditioned upon Partner’s timely provision of true and accurate information related to such offer of Special Pricing, and that it will comply with any terms and conditions required by Ruckus to receive such Special Pricing. Partner also agrees that any such information, including point of sale information, which Partner provides to a Ruckus authorized distributor may be provided to Ruckus by the distributor. Partner agrees that it will refund Ruckus the difference between standard pricing and the Special Pricing offered, if any terms of this section are violated.
Special Pricing. 3.1 The special pricing of the “Fixed Price” is optional and will take into account market conditions for the period in which it will apply, pursuant to the process described in Item 3.2
Special Pricing. CA and Supplier may mutually agree to vary the Target Minimum Fees in special circumstances. If, in a special circumstance, a pricing model is proposed which would result in Supplier receiving less than the Target Minimum Fees, both parties will negotiate, in good faith, modifications to the Target Minimum Fees for such deal, or a change in the pricing model to meet such market requirements.
Special Pricing. If the parties have agreed to Special Pricing for a particular competitive situation, Cisco shall reference said Special Pricing in its purchase orders placed with NetScout for which Special Pricing applies.
Special Pricing. In the event the Parties identify additional circumstances and market pressure which necessitate special pricing for certain Equipment, then the Parties shall jointly agree to additional or revised special pricing. No special pricing exists as of the commencement of the Agreement.
