Ounce shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the relevant Trust Agreement.
Hard cider means the same as that term is defined in 26 U.S.C. Sec. 5041.
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Freeboard ratio means the freeboard height divided by the width of the degreaser.
Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.
Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Gold means elemental gold having an atomic weight of 196.967 and the chemical element symbol of Au, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;
Bullish rating means most stocks in the sector have (or the weighted average recommendation of the stocks under coverage is) a positive absolute recommendation.
Silver means elemental silver having an atomic weight of 107.869 and the chemical element symbol of Ag, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
Bullion means gold, silver, or platinum in a bulk state, where its value depends on its content rather than its form, with a purity of not less than 900 parts per 1,000.
fine ore means iron ore which has an average pure iron content of not less than sixty per cent. (60%) which will pass through a one half (½) inch mesh screen and which is sold without concentration or other beneficiation other than crushing and screening;
Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period.
one-way street means a highway in which the driving of vehicles otherwise than in one direction is prohibited;
oil tanker means a ship constructed or adapted primarily to carry oil in bulk in its cargo spaces and includes combination carriers and any “chemical tanker” as defined in Annex II of the present Convention when it is carrying a cargo or part cargo of oil in bulk.
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:

MRP means the maximum retail price, excluding taxes, payable by a Subscriber for A-la Carte Channels or Bouquet of Pay Channels as notified by STAR in terms of the Tariff Order 2017 and as set out in Annexure A of the SLA as maybe amended from time to time;
PVC means Price variation clause
Load Ratio Share means the ratio of a Transmission Customer’s Network Load to the Transmission Provider’s total load.
Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.
Open burning means the combustion of any material without the following characteristics:
Yield Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to: (a) the Capital at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (b)(i) the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (ii) 100% minus the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date.
