Ongoing Clinical Trials definition

Ongoing Clinical Trials means, in respect of a Seller, the ongoing clinical studies sponsored or supported by that Seller’s Group (including post-approval studies) or otherwise recommended by a Governmental Entity in respect of the relevant Products;

Ongoing Clinical Trials means the ongoing clinical studies sponsored or supported by the Seller’s Group (including post-approval studies) or otherwise recommended by a Governmental Entity, and regulatory commitments in respect of the Products and the Pipeline Products, listed in Schedule 22 and “Ongoing Clinical Trial” shall mean any one of them;

Ongoing Clinical Trials means clinical trials sponsored by Licensor and listed in attached Schedule C (ii) ‘”New Clinical Trials” shall mean any new clinical trials relating to the Product which are initiated by Licensor or Licensee after the Second A&R Agreement Date.

• Arrowhead will provide to Sarepta any other reasonable support that may be required to effect the change in sponsor for any Ongoing Clinical Trials as of the CTA Transfer Date.

• Subject to and without limitation of Arrowhead’s rights under Section 3.1.1(c)(ii) (Material Trial Changes), Arrowhead will provide Sarepta with a copy of all proposed Regulatory Submissions to be filed with or submitted to any Regulatory Authority in connection with the Ongoing Clinical Trials for Sarepta’s review and comment sufficiently in advance of Arrowhead’s filing or submission thereof, and Arrowhead will incorporate any reasonable comments received from Sarepta into such Regulatory Submissions.

Ongoing Clinical Trials has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.2.

Amgen represents that the Ongoing Clinical Trials are the only clinical trials of Infergen being conducted in the Territory by or on Amgen's behalf as of the Effective Date.

Ongoing Clinical Trials means the Clinical Trials with respect to the Programs set forth on Schedule 1.1(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.

Ongoing Clinical Trials means the Clinical Trials of the Licensed Products that Ionis is conducting as of the Effective Date.
