Ontario Student Grant definition

Ontario Student Grant means a grant made to you under O. Reg. 70/17 (Ontario Student Grants and Ontario Student Loans) made under the MTCUA for a Study Period that commences on or after August 1, 2017.
Ontario Student Grant means a grant made by Ontario to you under O. Reg. 70/17 (Ontario Student Grants and Ontario Student Loans) made under the MTCUA for a Study Period that commences on or after August 1, 2017.
Ontario Student Grant means a grant made to you under O. Reg. 70/17 (Ontario Student Grants and Ontario Student Loans) made under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act for a Study Period that commences on or after August 1, 2017. “Payment trigger date” means the date on which you must begin repayment of your Outstanding Loan Balance.

Examples of Ontario Student Grant in a sentence

  • During any Study Period for which you have received an Ontario Student Grant or Ontario Student Loan, you will promptly notify Ontario of any material change in your circumstances in accordance with the MTCUA.

  • If your educational institution owes you a refund of tuition fees paid to the educational institution, Ontario may instruct the institution to refund to Ontario any portion of such fees that have been paid with the proceeds of your Ontario Student Grant or Ontario Student Loan for credit against your Outstanding Loan Balance, if any, or any amount owing as a result of a reassessment described in Part D, section 9.

  • If your educational institution owes you a refund of tuition fees paid to the educational institution, Ontario may instruct the institution to refund to Ontario any portion of such fees that have been paid with the proceeds of your Ontario Student Grant or Ontario Student Loan for credit against your Outstanding Loan Balance, if any, or any amount owing as a result of a reassessment described in Part F, section 9.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Accused Student means any student accused of violating this Student Code.

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.

  • At-risk student means any identified student who needs additional support and who is not meeting or not expected to meet the established goals of the educational program (academic, personal/social, career/vocational). At-risk students include but are not limited to students in the following groups: homeless children and youth, dropouts, returning dropouts, and potential dropouts.

  • Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
