OpCo Series A Preferred Stock definition

OpCo Series A Preferred Stock means the preferred stock issued by OpCo to the Holders of certain Claims against the Debtors, which shall be exchanged for the New CEC Common Equity distributed pursuant to the CEOC Merger.
